Common questions
I don’t have a 3D file. Can you still help?
Yes — a photo, sketch or even a description is enough. You don’t need anything technical; we work it out from there.
How long does a custom order take?
Most single items are dispatched in 3–5 business days after quote approval. Large or multi-part jobs get a timeline in the quote.
What materials do you print in?
PLA for most items, and PETG where a part needs to be tougher or live outdoors. Not sure which you need? Tell us what it’s for and we’ll recommend one.
Do you deliver?
Collection in Bryanston is free. Courier is available nationwide and quoted with your order.
