Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and what we’ll never do with it.

Responsible party: Infuse3D. Contact: info@infuse3d.co.za. This policy is issued in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect and why

Orders: your name, email, phone number and delivery address — needed to make and deliver what you bought, and kept in our order records as tax law requires (five years).

Personalisation details: the names or text you ask us to print. These exist to make your item and appear on your order record.

Quote requests: what you submit through the custom-order form (name, email, description, optional link). Used to quote you, kept while we work together.

Payments: handled entirely by Paystack. Your card details go directly to them and never touch our systems. Paystack’s own privacy policy governs that data.

NFC emergency tags: the emergency contact details you supply are written to your tag, then deleted from our order records within 30 days of delivery. We deliberately do not collect your child’s name, school, address or medical information for this product.

Analytics and cookies

We use Burst Statistics, a privacy-first analytics tool that runs on our own server — your browsing data is not sent to Google or any third party. Cookies on this site are limited to what the shop needs to work (your cart, your login if you have an account) and Burst’s anonymous counting.

What we never do

We don’t sell your information, we don’t rent it, and we won’t sign you up to a mailing list you never asked to join. If we email you, it’s about an order or a quote you started.

Who else sees your information

Only the people needed to get your order to you: Paystack, to process your payment, and the courier delivering your parcel, who needs your name, address and phone number to find you. Neither may use your details for anything but that job.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where the law doesn’t require us to keep it — order records have a legal retention period). Email info@infuse3d.co.za and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator (inforeg.org.za).
